Classroom Notices
Please label all of your child’s belongings.  I have found many items with no names and cannot find the owners. We have two snacks each day and one snack should be healthy.
                                           Curriculum Corner
We continue to work on rhyming, letter sounds and reading in emergent reader books.  In Math we have just completed the subtract unit and will be moving on to teen numbers. We have been working on daily writing and sentence writing.  We have also been studying or will be studying Dr. Seuss, St. Patrick’s Day, Peter Rabbit, spring, plants, weather, opposites and rhyming words. I would like to encourage you to read to your child each night.  It allows you the opportunity to discuss patterns in language and topics of interest.   Ask your child the letter sounds they hear  in words. In addition, I would like students to continue to practice number writing.  The teen numbers tend to be difficult for students to recall.
Classroom Wish List
We are in need of the following items. If you are able to send something from the list, it would be very much  appreciated!

Extra snacks for students
Plastic forks or spoons

We do like green eggs!

We tasted both green eggs and yellow eggs to see if there was any difference in taste. Thank you Mrs. Vacca, Mrs. Trumpolt and Mrs. Shea.
